Unique pairings of flavors with a cute atmosphere can be found here and you’re encouraged to visit. If you are stationed in Fort Benning, live in the area or are just traveling through, this a must-visit. Suggested order from my view would be the chicken and sweet biscuits with bacon jam. “Mmmmmm, mmmmm, mmmm! The batter for the chicken is a bit spicy but gives it that perfect flavor. The portion sizes are huge, so sharing can work if you’re not that hungry.
What a fun decorated place
The restaurant has eight tables and six bar seats. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The place has such a fun vibe that it will keep you smiling as you look around. Food tasting this good should cause you to expect a little wait but have no fear they turn the tables quickly. You will not find many spots that taste this good in this price range. Be sure to bring the whole family and enjoy Plucked Up Chicken & Biscuits.
We ordered “The Chicken Coop”. The food was delivered super fast. It was served on simple colored plates and came smelling like heaven. The plate had an open faced biscuit with fired chicken, sausage gravy, bacon, scrambled egg and cheese. This was a meal large enough to share. This meal was one fit for a king too.
