Blog Fever- Five Top Reasons for Blogging

Sometimes a person just has to blog. Blogging is simply typing out, on the internet ideas and thoughts that you may have. Have you ever felt that way? You just want to get out of your brain some words you’re thinking about. You just want to say and tell things. You just want to even though you know you might get fussed at for being at the computer too long or not doing some of the “work-related” things you’re supposed to be doing at the computer. But, sometimes you’ve just got to take the heat and blog.

Blogging helps get out the old and bring in the new. Don’t you think? I find there are at least 5 reasons to blog and here they are:

1. Blogging is catharsis. Blogging allows a person to share and get soothed by ideas that come to mind. It’s sort of like going to therapist although I’ll admit I’ve never been to one. But, I think it’s what I would imagine if I had…

2. To blog is to be true to thine own self. When I blog, I’m allowed to tell it as I see it. Sometimes when I blog, I realize that others may not see things as I do. What a pity but I still want to share my ideas and hopefully win them over to my way of thinking. Dale Carnegie said I could do that with the right words and attitude.

3. When I blog I’m Queen of the world! I am able to go any where, see anything and live to tell about it. What a grand thing to do as a simple person in this life. As recent as yesterday, I went to Kilimanjaro Mountain. I saw ice caps, clouds long necked giraffes and beautiful foliage. I’m sure my trip there took less money than that of the Queen of England when she traveled there and we both saw similar sights. She’s queen. I’m queen. Ha!

4. Blogging can bring money. Well, I don’t know that for sure but I’m in hopes that in the future I might find this to be true. I’m a blogger at heart and I hear that bloggers at heart make money blogging. That’s on my “bucket list”.

5. When a person blogs, he or she can “get the word out”. Each person can share and talk about things of great importance or even silly thoughts that certainly may make an impact.

Blogging is a privilege not a right. I know that so that’s why I took time to share my inner thoughts. I hope you liked my brain set and if you did, please follow us on Twitter, and Facebook because there is more where this came from!

Don’t be mad Katie Girl that I blogged when I was supposed to be setting up the website. I couldn’t help it! LOL- (And if any of you readers follow me, this blog will have done the job I was supposed to do. Please help me get out of the chick pen!) Josie
