Have you or someone you know served in the United States military? Serving and even fighting for your country is something that will be with you for a lifetime. I’ve learned this first hand as my husband stands proud as having served in the United States Navy and my Grandfather having served during the war along battle lines in the United States Army. There is a pride in them as they talk about their service. It makes me so proud to see this dedication to our country even now.
Whether a person is retired or just having fulfilled the first term, honor comes with serving. Having served in the United States military is something to be proud of and something to showcase forever as I have seen in my own family.
Sporting military gear is no different than any other name brand outerwear. It is a message you are proud of and celebrates something that you obviously stand for. I remember when growing up, my mother always looked over the name written on our clothing. She never purchased the name of some brand unfamiliar. She would even research brands if my sister, Kristie or me wore an unknown name borrowed from a friend. She wanted to ensure that what we were advertising was of good report. Looking back now, I completely get it.
There is a newly launched brand, Grunt Style, designed by veterans. My husband was introduced to this style from a good friend who served nine years in the United States Navy. His passion for this country is unreal. He enjoys wearing things that represents his time served and love for the United States of America. After scanning Grunt Styles website, I was shocked by the boldness. I must say the styles are definitely fitting for this generation. Some a little to raw for my taste but..
Living in a military town, I notice a lot of older gentleman wearing veteran campaign hats. Styles such as Grunt is really the younger generations version of those veteran hats. In this day and age you raise your right hand, voluntarily knowing we are involved in serious conflict. Therefore, sporting military wear, support and raise awareness or show love for this country. Awesome!
Last week I received a thirty percent off coupon from Grunt Style and decided to snag a few shirts for my husband. When they arrived today, I was so happy to show him and immediately had him put one on.
