Perfect Kale Chip Recipe

I am a chip eating fool and gaining a little weight from those tasty bites of unhealthy goodness have brought me to the Kale Life! LOL! I know this may not sound like bliss, but I promise with these few tip you will be a Kale Life fan too. Ok, so maybe you won’t have Kale Life printed and posted on the back of your car but… you can thank me later.

Here’s the recipe for you if you’re a chip lover and want to go Kale:

  • Preheat over to 400F
  • Wash Kale
  • Tear kale off large stem (large pieces)
  • Pat dry or leave out to dry COMPLETELY
  • Place kale in a single layer on a baking sheet
  • Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil over Kale (1/2 tablespoon)
  • Cook 14 minutes (give or take depending on your oven)

I also add a few shakes of smoked paprika once it pops out of the oven. You can add: garlic salt, Chili power, or onion powder for that extra zing!
