We absolutely adore Freshfields Farms. Much of the products come directly from local farmers and growers and nearby packing plants. Their food is always fresh and cheap. The meal options are endless here.

Freshfield Farms offers certified organic produce. Depending on the season will depend on what you find but they can have anything from apples, kiwi, garlic, celery and to fresh apples, peaches and bananas. Whenever possible they buy produce grown locally. You can tell which items are from nearby farms by the signs saying: “Local Picks”. They have such a variety of fruits, and vegetables. They even make their own peanut butter right in the store.

Freshfield Farms receives truckloads of fresh beef, chicken, pork, seafood and deli meats daily. This is unlike conventional stores such as Publix, Winn-Dixie and such. Freshfield works with locals to make specialization in foods happen. Regarding meats, most of the meat they sell is hand-cut and packaged in house. Theses items not only look fresh but are fresh each and every day.

The prices are less because they skip the middle man. This is not only good for your pocket but great for fresh items for you to serve. If you are in the Orlando or Jacksonville area, please stop by. Visitors are encouraged to bring recycled bags (if you choose) and plan to stay a while. Browsing is something shoppers really enjoy at this fresh farm-styled grocery store. Outside of the shopping area is an ice cream shop with tons of treats and heartyy snacks. Several tables with umbrellas are available for guests to sit and relax.
