An imposter is someone who is a fake, a fraud, a pretender, a sham and one who pretends to be someone or something he or she is not.
I’ve been an imposter in my lifetime. Have you? Through my years of living there have been times that while I was interested in God’s will for my life, I did not want to give up what needed to be given to hold me true to doing His will. I was an imposter by any standard of measurement and even today, when I’m seeking more and more His will, I find myself having to rethink and redirect my life. With little effort, I can be an imposter any day of the week if I’m not careful.
To get over the hurdle of being an imposter each of us must find out what our Spiritual gift is in order to do what we’re to do. If each of us are busy doing what we’re here on earth to accomplish, we can go forward in authenticity.
To be authentic we must be real, genuine and not fake and only in God’s will can we be honest and thereby honorable.
Finding our Spiritual gift is a great way to help us determine our path for our future. Seeks God’s will in finding out your Spiritual gift.
