How do you get dinner on the table day in and day out without stressin’? Not only is it hard to come up with so many meal ideas, its tough to put it all together. Cooking at home saves a ton of money if you meal plan and planning a meal can make the difference.
What is meal planning, you might ask? Using a tool to help you even before you hit the grocery store will change your life. Meal planning can be done monthly (freezing your advanced meals), weekly or daily. Having a pre-planned dinner schedule is definitely the key here. Weather you shop monthly, weekly or daily, it is finding what works for you.
I prefer to have a monthly meal plan, leaving the weekends open. Monthly planning my meals give DanielBabe a meal to look forward to. It also give him a chance to change a few meals around because he can view what’s up and coming.
Here are a few tips when meal planning:
Make sure to keep a journal of your receipts. This will give you a chance to go back and review what you have cooked in the past.
