Okay, we’re going out on a limb. We’re going to take an unusual approach to the New Year’s Resolutions this year since we’ve started this blog and are teaming on a number of things. We’ve bumped heads having this discussion and laughed until our stomach’s hurt but here are the final results. I was outnumbered on several and there are just 2 voting. Hummmm!
We are dividing our resolutions into the 12 months of the year. Each month, we will approach a specific task each day and here they are:
January- Write a personal letter to someone who has impacted our lives.
February-“Pay it Forward” and love someone we do not know in a tangible way.
March- Network every single day of this month by calling, texting, emailing or meeting with someone about CDS.
April- “Spring Clean”- Take 15 minutes a day or more to unclutter some part of our world.(I’m a clutter-er so KT thinks I need more than 15 min. Laugh. Laugh!).
May- Make someone feel special and journal it so it’s documented.
June-Review a new product every day. We will research, buy or review a new product by night’s end.
July-Exercise 15 minutes a day. ( I hate this one but I have to follow through! Ugh! Katie Girl- why?) LOL
August-Give away something every day. (Since I’m a clutterer, I have the goods. What will you do KT Girl?LOL (cha-ching or will you be at my doorstep to get something to give?) Laughing out loud girl!
September- Find some savvy business technique and either research it or try it.(Could include going to a conference during this year and trying tips learned.) We will journal it to document every day.
October- Meet or communicate with someone we do not know.
November-Cook a new recipe every day. (Again, Katie Girl… Why all of this work!) I’m going to try “Pigs in a Blanket” with mayo instead of mustard. That would be a new recipe. Ha! Ha! LOL! Okay?
December- Tell someone about Jesus every day.
We will keep you posted on our progress. We hope we have not bitten off too much. We’re afraid we have but it’s in our CDS journal so we’re going forward- 2015 here we come Ya’ll!
