Oprah is not the only person to have a list of “favorite items:. Katie Girl does too!
We all have those favorite must-have items in our lives, don’t we? You know those 5-10 things you just can’t leave home without. Well, I have decided to share with you my 2014 favorites. Next year, I am sure I will have another list compiled to share with you.
My Favorite Beauty Products
Hickory Ridge Organic- Butter – This still is to- die-for! You wash with your normal soap but finish with this wonderful organic butter that keeps your skin moisturized and looking fabulous ALL day. You’re going to love this!
Chanel Chance – They have 2 different fragrances and they are both lovely. It lasts all day and it is not too strong that you can smell it and yet, others will notice. “What are you wearing?”, they might ask.
Rockin’ Body Leg Shine by Victoria Secret This roll-on shimmer will not only tan those sexy legs but give them that extra pizzazz the old school pantyhose do.
Neutrogena Oil-Free Makeup Remover – This is magic in a small little blue bottle. It takes your mascara off with a single motion and does not sting. ‘Love this stuff and you will too!
Peppermint Intensive/Foot Rescue from The Body Shop – This stuff is a miracle cream in the winter when my skin tends to be more dry but I use it year around to keep from any cracking. Miracle worker everybody!
Cortaid – This little tub goes a long way and can heal just about anything. It is great to use after pregnancy or on any cut you may have. LOVE!
Younique 3-d Fiber Lashes – I have tried several mascaras and none compare to this. I love false lashes (but dislike putting them on and their cost. But the price for being lovely!) This mascara makes my lashes look fake without the discomfort of the falsies or the cost. You have to believe me! And NO, I don’t like to look fake but this makes my eyelashes believable. You know what I mean girls!
Mac Painterly Paint Pot – I use this primer on my eye lids before applying eye shadow and it not only makes my eye makeup last longer but makes the eye lids brighter.
Mac Fluidline Blacktrack – We all know you must have a good brush with a fine tip for use with your eyes. It’s important to keep the Blacktrack sealed when not using so for it not to dry up. It will last a full year. Your eyeliner will look like a professional applied it. Pretty!
Laura Mercier Shimmer Bloc – I use this for an all around glow and a nice blush. It comes in a small compact and you can carry it around in your handbag very easily. Fabulous gals!
