Every organization has a boss, a CEO or one who makes all of the final decisions. If you’re a Christian, you may be a person in whom God has set his gift of administering for the purpose of edifying the business in which you work or own.
The gift of administration is one in which one has a natural ability to direct others. While the gift of administration will help all people, spiritual gifts are used within the body of Christ to strengthen the whole Christian arena. An effective and gifted person in the area of administration can make such an important impact on workers such that they would do their jobs more effectively and produce at a higher level.
