Can you imagine the excitement on the floor of the Downton Abbey set when the Duchess of Cambridge visited on March 12, 2015 at Ealing Studios in London, to see them perform in person? How exciting for both the Princess and the cast! It was certainly exciting for her as the story is set in Europe and has all of the saga that she lives day in and day out!
It was exciting for the cast because, Kate, is the future Queen of England and living out all of the drama they portray. I’m sure if they could have really shared “notes”, Kate could have given each of them “tips” on how to survive in that cut-throat environment.
